Each increment is worth 0.75; for example, 2.1 = 77.75
  • If you are absent from a site when faculty makes a site visit, you will receive an automatic F for that rotation.
  • Failure to submit the online location form within 3 days of the start of the rotation will result in a subtraction from your final rotation average of 1 point per day for each day.
  • You will not be allowed to take the EOR exam until you have submitted the online Site Evaluation and finished the patient logs for the month.
