Communication with Program

Below is a list of the personnel in the Physician Assistant Program and how best to reach them. You must call Barb Williams if you will be late or absent from your rotation for any reason, or if you have a question or concern that needs immediate attention. All other communication should be by e-mail whenever possible.

Within three days of starting a new rotation, submit the Location Form. List your mailing address, phone numbers, e-mail address, and schedule while on rotation. Barb Williams in particular will correspond with you frequently, particularly by College e-mail.

You are responsible for knowing about any announcements, schedules changes, program policies, etc., that come by e-mail. Use this link to get your e-mail outside the College.
